Mark J. Phelps

Mark Phelps has over 25 years experience in design and development of high technology and high reliability products for medical, automotive, and defense industries. He currently leads miniature implantable diagnostics and monitoring device programs for Medtronic, Inc. In January 2014, his team successfully launched Reveal LINQ™, the world’s smallest implantable cardiac monitor, from concept through design, manufacturing, and operations. He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering focused on ultra-low-power electronics, from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
